Wednesday 24th December 2014 (Christmas Eve)

5.00pm – 6.00pm The Storytime Classic – A Christmas Carol
Part one of Charles Dicken’s classic festive tale.  Scrooge is visited by his dead partner Jacob Marley who forewarns him he will be visited by three spirits!

6.00pm – 8.00pm Boybands at Christmas – Su Starkey
Join Su as she hand picks her favourite Boy band tracks from the likes of Take That, East 17, Monkees, Bay City Rollers and One Direction.

8.00pm – 10.00am The A-Z of Christmas – Richard Smith
A journey through the musical alphabet with artist or songs linked to Christmas



Tuesday 25th December 2014 (Christmas Day)

8.00am – 9.00am Cliff at Christmas
Welcome in Christmas Day with the man who has had more Festive tunes than

9.00am – 11.00am The Big Fat Christmas Show – Simon Hyde

Welcome in Christmas day and join Santa Simon for a programme stuffed with Christmas goodies including a nostalgic look back at Toys of Christmas Past, The Best & Worst Christmas Movies Ever Made and play along with Sprouts or Brussels!

11.00am – 12.00pm Christmas Carol Concert
Christmas Carols and Prayers

12.00pm – 2.00pm Christmas Day Jukebox – Gerald Bass

The turkeys been eaten, the washing up done so settle down for a couple of hours of chilled Christmas tunes from some of the biggest names in popular music.

5.00pm – 6.00pm Andy Henly’s TV Show
Join Andy as he takes a trip back in time to remind us of TV we use to watch, including Mary, Mungo and Midge, Bless This House and Charlie’s Angels. Plus scary Public Information Films from the 70s and 80s.


6.00pm – 7.00pm    Christmas Comedy
Two classic Christmas episodes from the Comedy archives

7.00pm – 8.00pm    Take That Live In Concert
Recorded at Wembley Stadium in 2009 and part of their Circus Live Tour, the concert features all their best known hits, including Greatest Day, Back For Good and Rule The World.


Friday 26th December 2013 (Boxing Day)

5.00pm – 6.00pm The Storytime Classic – A Christmas Carol
Part three of Charles Dicken’s classic festive tale.  In the concluding part Scrooge is visited by the Spirit of Christmas Yet To Come.  Will he change his ways?

6.00pm – 8.00pm Boxing Day Jukebox – Gerald Bass
