Report an issue to Chippenham Council

The Town Council has launched a new digital system for residents and the local community to report issues to us.

The new system will enable you to give a precise location, upload a photo and answer questions which will enable them to manage your report more effectively.

You can create your own account so you will be able to receive updates on the progress of your report.

There are two ways you can use this system, click on the link https://www.chippenham.gov.uk/report-it and follow the instructions.

Or, you can download their new app to use from your mobile phone. The app is called MyChippenham and can be downloaded from:

• Google Play store for Android phones
• App store for all iPhones

Once you have downloaded the app, follow the instructions to create an account and then submit your report.
