Mayor's Christmas Card Winners Revealed

Every year, the Mayor of Chippenham sends official Christmas cards and this year, it was decided that the design would come from a member of the public. The theme chosen was: ‘A Celebration of Chippenham at Christmas’.

Mayor of Chippenham, Councillor Liz Alstrom, opened the competition to win the opportunity to design the official Christmas card for 2022 in October, and the winners have now been selected. There were three categories: 0 to 11, 12 to 16, and age 17 upwards.

Councillor Alstrom met the three winners as part of the Festival of Christmas on Saturday 26 November, and presented them with their prizes. Congratulations to Rhys Evans (0-11), Lillie Littlefair (12-16) and Lara Corfield (17+).

Lara’s design will be made into the Christmas cards sent by the Mayor for 2022.
