Wiltshire Health & Care needs your feedback
Wiltshire Health & Care is asking for feedback to help them provide excellent care and quality services.
They'd like patients, their families and carers and staff to tell them how they think they are doing. This will help them inform and shape improvements to their services and workforce.
The new Patient and Public Involvement Group will meet regularly and will be made up of Wiltshire Health & Care staff and partner organisations such as Healthwatch Wiltshire and Carer Support Wiltshire.
They would like patients, carers and members of the public to become involved too. These informal meetings are currently held virtually, but are a great way of sharing ideas and knowledge and discussing engagement priorities.
Covid-19 has meant that they have had to deliver some of their services in a different way. As we emerge from the pandemic they remain committed to listening to patients, their families, carers and the wider community to ensure that they are developing and delivering services that work for everyone.
