The Government has proposed changes to policing in England and Wales, including the potential merger of some police forces into larger regional organisations.

As part of this national reform agenda, Wiltshire Police could potentially become part of a larger regional force covering a wider geographical area.

Wiltshire & Swindon PCC would like to understand what people in Chippenham think about these proposals. To that end they've launched a survey asking for your views on how a regional police force could affect areas such as local policing, emergency response, community engagement, specialist capabilities and the allocation of resources.

The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete and your feedback will help them understand local perspectives and inform future discussions about policing in our town and across the country.
